Licence Options

Personal Licences:

– For personal websites, social media, and print use.

• From NZD $250 per image for social media use.
• From NZD $350 per image for print use.

Not for business or promotional use.

Commercial / Royalty-Free Licences:

– Licensed for ongoing use by the purchasing business for marketing, advertising, website, social media, and print.

– Flat-fee for multiple use.

• From NZD $700 per image.
• From NZD $900 per image where permits or approvals are required, for example, from DOC (Department of Conservation). Pricing remains subject to the applicable site or authority requirements.

Exclusive Licences:

• Available for exclusive use within an agreed industry sector, geographic region,

and licensing scope.

• From NZD $1,300 per image.

Terms for exclusive use will be confirmed in writing.

Important Conditions for Exclusive Licences:

Where exclusive licences are granted, the selected images will not be licensed, sold, or otherwise supplied by The MaGik in ME Photography Limited to any other party within the agreed exclusive scope.

Reasonable cropping, resizing, and formatting for the approved use is permitted. Any substantial alteration, manipulation, filtering, or modification requires prior written approval from The MaGik in ME Photography Limited.

Copyright ownership remains with The MaGik in ME Photography Limited unless expressly assigned in writing. Any use outside the agreed scope of the exclusive licences may require an additional fee and separate written approval.
